E-Smart Systems Company Onboarded as a SPLA Reseller
In September 2009, E-Smart Systems Company is assigned as a Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) Reseller,
based in Serbia and covering Central and Eastern Europe outside European Union.
Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) is a licensing program specially designed for Services Providers that use Microsoft software products in order to provide software services to their customers. In terms of SPLA, software services imply Microsoft licensed products usage or interaction of any kind with these products by end customers. In contrast to other Microsoft programs, SPLA licensing program provides software hosting rights and is in line with the „Software as a Service“concept.
Within the SPLA licensing program, Services Providers are allowed to license Microsoft products on monthly basis, in accordance with their actual needs and with no upfront costs. Thanks to SPLA licenses, Services Providers are in position to provide their customers with the software they need, when they need it and in quantities needed.
