Systems company has developed a business and technical system called
eCB (Electronic Credit Bureau).
The system automatically collects data from banks, leasing
organizations, savings banks, insurance companies, funds, public
companies and public utilities companies, trade organizations,
telecommunication companies, and others whom we call DATA RESOURCES.
What is being collected is financial data on their CLIENTS (natural or
legal persons, and entrepreneurs). Collection is carried out through
software module that is being installed within the Data Resource and
that enables reception and processing of data on a daily basis.
By processing the collected data, eCB enables its CLIENTS to acquire
information on their current and potential clients, and thus helps them
to analyze the risks and options in managing their businesses. The
system users can at the same time be those that are Data Resources, but
also other interested institutions and individuals. The users receive
information from eCB in the form of a report, through web application or
by using B2B software module that is being installed for the user and
that enables integration with his/her existing information system. The
eCB reports represent unified “presentation” of a client in the format
and contents prearranged with users, and are being received within a
second. In addition to the standard reports, eCB possesses services of
automatic client scoring, monitoring and alerting, but also offers
possibility of receiving complex macro-economic reports and analyses.
Responsibility for accuracy of data collected within eCB lies on the
data resources themselves. In case of incorrectly submitted data, a
feedback system is developed to enable fast and flexible reaction on
clients’ complaints, thus providing for corrective action within 24
hours.
Basis of the eCB is a specialized software system, which automates all
