TACad WEB is an application intended for all users of
TACad system, it enables overview and management of data on
employees presence/absence:
Overview of different types of reports:
- Report on current employees presence
* Report on
currently present subordinates
* Report on number
of working/non-working hours of every employee calculated at weekly,
monthly and annual basis
* Summary report on
number of hours of absence for every employee in the requested time
period
* Detailed report
on presence and absence of an employee in he requested time period
* Report on visits
to employees
- Inserting the reason for absence during working hours
- Verification of employee’s absence by the supervisor
- Announcement on future absence of an employee
- Verification of announced absence by the supervisor
- Special absence processing, based on the type of absence
that is unrelated to the management hierarchy
- Entrance control (verification of employees identities
based on photographs that camera took at the entrance)
- Processing the irregular passages by the authorized
personnel.
